A man was born in Boston, Massachusetts. Both his parents were born in Boston, Mssachusetts. He lived all his life in Boston but he was not a United States citizen. Why?
CLUES:
(1) There was nothing strange about this man
(2) His friends and neighbors were also not United States citizens.
